The sliding guide used in CNC machining has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, good bending rigidity, and advanced vibration resistance. The characteristics of plastic sliding guide rails are good contradictory characteristics, good wear resistance, stable fitness exercise, good shock absorption, and good process performance.

The rolling guide used in CNC machining is to place steel balls, rollers, needles and other rolling bodies in the middle of the guide rail surface, so that the sliding contradiction in the middle of the guide rail surface becomes a rolling contradiction.
